Translate Tkabber-Pack

Tkabber-Pack is a Tkabber installer for Windows. As it has some additional text, not found on Tkabber itself, it needs translators.

If you try Tkabber-Pack and find that you know a language not available in the installer, you can help. The text that needs to be translated is not much, about 30 lines. Comment here if you are interested in collaborating.
