I couldn't find anything about enabling animated emoteicons in doc (tkabber.html). I have set of animated emoteicons (gif), and I plug they to my tkabber. Those emoteicons work correctly (tkabber shows they) but they don't move :(. I find (plugin?) in /tkabber/aniemoteicons but i don't know how use it.
Please somebody help me.

It happens the same to me. But it's supposed to work. It will take me a little to find where is the problem.

Ok, now they work for me: follow this instructions.
Please note that a lot of emoticon sets make Tkabber to hang. At least 'yahoo messenger' emoticon set works ok. But some animated icons look bad.
Tell me how do they work for you.
My program crashed when i'm u
My program crashed when i'm using this instruction :(. Loading all features they i'm load (wm-dock, emoteicons etc. - i'm using splash screen). When program is runing wm-dock is empty(blank) and main window of tkabber too. I'm having only frames from x-win-manager in it. Processor working hard and half of my RAM is busy. May be i'm not having some libraires? I don't know what is wrong.

animated icons look bad
the gif-layers have to be "replace" and not "combine", most icons in yahoo are combine, that`s it.These sets work fine for us

animated emoticons (aniemoteicons)
Just created my own set of moving icons ,everything works fine most of the time, but sometimes tkabber0.9.6beta freezes at startup.If I get an error output I can fix the problems.If I dont`t get this message I have to figure it out.But that ain`t too much for me :-)
Now after I made my set available to public people reported problems while running tkabber : they got freezes and have to kill their client and restart it. hmm, is there a limit in kb for the icons ? I can not create as much aniemoteicons as I like to and put it in my directory ?
