How can I configure tkabber to prevent autopopup chat window on incoming message?

Drop the ::ifacetk::options(raise_new_tab) flag which is located in the "Main Interface" group of Customize settings.

I have set ::ifacetk::options(raise_new_tab) to 0 but nothing changed (also after tkabber restart), may be raise_new_tab is incompatible with {::ifacetk::options(use_tabbar) 0} - I don't "Use Tabbed Interface" but separate windows.
