Latex plugin replaces LaTeX

Latex plugin replaces LaTeX formulas entered between two pairs of dollars by pictures. This plugin requires working LaTeX installation (with AmS-LaTeX installed), dvips driver and convert utility from ImageMagick. Example: http://sgolovan.nes.ru/tmp/tkabber-latex.png.
