hello, I like the tkabber, and want it have more integrated function, as mail client/Rss Reader etc, I saw the Rss Agents on tkabber screenshots in this site, but I cannot find something about that, how can I do a tkabber like that? thanks.

Use a Jabber RSS bot
What you saw on that screenshot is not a RSS reader for Tkabber. It's a public Jabber bot that you can use with any Jabber client (including Tkabber).
You don't need to install the bot on your computer, just find a public bot on Internet. Check JabRSS.
