Error message on Cyrillic RSS Feed

I use Tkabber 0.9.6beta at Linux. I have subscribed some feeds at
rss.jabber.ru. When I recieve Cyrillic feed (for
example. gazeta.ru@rss.jabber.ru), error message is displayed. I tried 0.9.5beta, but message appeared too. Here is the message:
