interface/navigation to a luanguage of there choice

Hi can somone help

I want to allow users to choose either Spanish or English for thier Navigation and interface, what is the module i need and a brief overview of whats needs to be done would be greatly appreciated

  • how to have Tkabber interface in different languages
  • or about Drupal interface translation (used in our website for english, spanish and russian)
