Tkabber Pack is an "all-in-one" package for Windows coming in the form of installer that integrates: Tkabber itself, Tcl/Tk runtime to host it, several Tcl/Tk packages that enable various optional features of Tkabber: SSLv3/TLS, sound, traffic compression, support for system notification area (tray) icon, etc.

Tkabber-Pack is installed as a regular Windows application, creating necessary Start menu items.
