Titlename and Fontsize

Not really a "Development Question", but how can i make the Font smaller (TKabber, Service, Help (i removed the Help button ;)).

... and how can i disable the bar on the bottom (where stands SSL in red), yes i use tabbed look (psi like).

ah last but nut least ;), how can i edit the Title of it "bla@bla.com/tkabber tkabber" is a bit to long, i hope you know what i mean.
