New tkabber rpms (20040714)

Now tkabber includes file transfer, so I didn't to lose an opportunity to make a cvs snapshot :)

changelog:
- various spec fixes, including URL update and attempt to be not only mandrake-compatible (to build on all distros)
- added menu iconset instead of converting one gif in a build time
- new cvs snapshot
