New colour theme: Ocean Deep

Here is a new colour theme for Tkabber, based on a gVim colour scheme that I found in Cream.

If you think you can improve this theme, then do it! If you have interest in writting your own theme, then write it! It's really easy: just get this theme, start modifying RGB colour values, and run Tkabber to check how does it look. Once you have your new Tkabber colour theme you can send it to your friends, or submit it to Tkabber website, so everyone will see it. Who knows, maybe your colour theme wins on the next prefered colour theme poll.
